Buckhead Community Improvement District has issued a Request for Proposals for the Buckhead LCI Master Plan Update.
Supported by a $240,000 Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) grant from the Atlanta Regional Commission, the plan will be a blueprint for Buckhead’s commercial district. It will focus on more walkable streets, better connections and civic spaces that bring people together.
This work is a core part of Buckhead Forward, a five-year roadmap to drive economic growth and improve quality of life in Buckhead. Walkability is one of its five pillars, and this plan is how we start turning that goal into design.
Qualified firms are invited to respond by Friday, November 13 at 5pm ET. The full RFP is available here.
